Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of furnish.live and any pre-launch services we provide there (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Further Fetched LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, doing business as Furnish. Our contact email is hello@furnish.live.
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting the website, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service is
Furnish is currently a pre-launch site for an iOS app that will use AI to redesign rooms from photos. Today, the Service is limited to:
- Information pages about the upcoming app
- A waitlist sign-up that collects your email so we can notify you at launch
- Blog content with affiliate links to retailers (see Affiliate Disclosure below)
The Furnish iOS app, account features, photo uploads, and any paid plans are not yet available. These Terms will be updated when the app launches to cover those features. Continued use of the Service after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide an accurate email address when joining the waitlist
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or otherwise systematically extract content or data from the Service except as expressly permitted (search engine indexing per our robots.txt is permitted)
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any related systems
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by uploading malicious code, attempting denial-of-service attacks, or abusing rate limits
- Not impersonate any person or entity, or submit a false email address you do not control
Intellectual property
All content on the Service that we author or commission - including the Furnish name, logo, brand identity, copy, page designs, illustrations, photography, and code, is owned by Further Fetched LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use that content except as strictly necessary to view the Service in your browser.
User-generated content provisions (governing photos and designs you upload to the Furnish iOS app) will be added to these Terms when the app launches. Until then, no user-generated content is collected through the Service.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on Furnish's blog content are affiliate links provided through Skimlinks. If you click one of those links and complete a purchase at the destination retailer, Furnish may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This disclosure is provided in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidelines (16 CFR Part 255). Affiliate compensation does not influence which products we recommend.
Purchases from third-party retailers
When you click an affiliate link on Furnish and complete a purchase, you are buying from the destination retailer, not from Furnish. Furnish is not a party to your purchase. All transactions, payments, shipping, warranties, returns, refunds, and post-purchase customer service are governed solely by the retailer's own terms, policies, and applicable law.
Furnish makes no representations or warranties about products sold by third-party retailers, including but not limited to product availability, accuracy of pricing, fitness for any purpose, or post-purchase satisfaction. Any dispute arising out of or related to a purchase you make at a third-party retailer, including disputes about charges, shipping, defects, returns, or refunds, is between you and that retailer. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your purchase or attempted purchase at a third-party retailer.

Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Blog content on the Service is for informational purposes only and is not professional design, financial, legal, or other advice. Any decisions you make based on blog content are your own.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL FURTHER FETCHED LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Because no fees are currently charged for use of the Service, this cap is provided as a floor, not a ceiling tied to amounts you have paid.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent any such limitation is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Further Fetched LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of or access to the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the dispute resolution section below, you and Further Fetched LLC agree that any judicial proceedings will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Dispute resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@furnish.live with a description of the dispute and an attempt to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days of receiving your notice, either party may proceed to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Wayne County, Michigan, in English, before a single arbitrator. Each party will bear its own arbitration costs except as otherwise required by the AAA rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Further Fetched LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class or representative arbitration.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@furnish.live within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time, particularly when the Furnish iOS app launches. The revised Terms become effective when posted at this URL. Material changes will be communicated by email to any waitlist subscriber whose email we have on file. By continuing to use the Service after a revision, you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. The Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution sections survive termination.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
