The person behind Furnish
Origin
I'm 18, based in Garden City, Michigan. I started building apps in high school because I kept noticing problems no one was solving, and I'd rather build than wait for someone else to do it. I got my mortgage loan officer license while still in school for the same reason: I wanted real skills, real ownership, real work, not a resume.
Motivation
Furnish is my second app. The first was a smaller thing, a useful one, that taught me how to ship something real. This one is the big swing. I'm doing it because I kept watching people I know hit the same wall: a beautiful new house, an empty room, no idea where to start, no budget for a designer.
